Born in Rome in 1971, he graduated in Chemical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1994. He holds an International Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.

EXPERIENCE

He joined Eni in 1996 after working for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). In 2006 he became Executive Assistant to Eni's CEO for Special Projects and from 2009 to 2018 he was Senior Vice President of Planning and Control of Eni's Refining&Marketing sector.

He has been CFO of Versalis since 2018.

Board member of several companies, member of the Executive Board, member of the Credit Committee.

A member of the Steering Committee of the Oxford University Business Economics Programme, he became Course Director of the 70th edition of the Business Economics Programme at Oxford University in 2022.
