Annual Meeting theme announced

At the Board Meeting held on 22nd February 2024, the theme of this year’s gathering was announced ‘The Power of Action’.

The best way to navigate uncertainty is to predict the future by creating it. But don't go it alone.

The chemical industry is the mother of all industries, and we've come a long way. Greenhouse gas emissions in Europe have fallen by about a third over the past three decades. But there's still so much more to do! Today, we must navigate the geopolitical landscape, obtain clean energy and sustainable feedstock at the right cost and scale, and we need an industrial policy in Europe where competitiveness and meritocracy are the common denominators.

Finding the right balance between Security, Affordability and Sustainability is an urgent challenge! Collaboration among diverse actors is necessary to make a positive impact on the ground.

The 58th Annual Meeting of EPCA will showcase the dynamics and different facets of this complex ecosystem. Our ample networking and business opportunities will provide knowledge and insights on how to take all these facets into account if we are to meet our global energy needs responsibly and ensure we thrive in the future. Participants will also be discussing how to make the most out of data and technological solutions.

Attendees at the event will have the chance to engage in learning, networking, and sharing their best practices for managing responsible businesses and sustainable solutions.
